Project Life: 2014 Title Page

As you can see, I'm switching things up for 2014. While I loved working with 12x12, it's not ideal for me to continue to do three albums a year. I live in a tiny apartment, so space is lacking. I've loved to see what people do with the 6x8 format, so I thought I would give it a try.

I'm using Studio Calico Handbooks (a variety of colours) and various brands of 6x8 page protectors. Currently, I'm using Simple Stories Sn@p pages, but will be switching over to Becky Higgins' pages when they become available (simply because they fit the PL branded 3x4 cards better). I'll also be using trimmed down coin protector pages, I bought off Amazon US, which is what I used for my title page because I'm in love with how adorable 2x2 photos are.

  1. I love these 2x2s, and how great it is that they fit the handbook size perfectly. It annoys me that they aren't 12x12 sized.

    1. I have a feeling someone will come out with them soon. But October Afternoon has some, I think they are 3x3 instead of 2x2. Two Peas in a Bucket has them on their site :)

  2. Im so excited youre doing a handbook! I love the simple, small and EASY look of them! We have some big things planned this year that I felt would fit better in a 12x12 or I would have definitely tried it out. I may try them for some special trips that deserve a book all their own! Ive been a little intimidated by the coin pages because of how many things you have to put in them, but yours are so cute, I may need to try them out! Thanks for sharing :)

  3. I use the 2X2s for my POTD challenge with fatmumslim on IG. Love.them. And they look so cute in the 6X8 format! Such a good idea: ]

  5. October Afternoon carries 2x2 page protectors, as well as 3x3 and 4x4s for the 6x8 albums. I bought a multi-pack from a great online store called A Cherry on Top :)
