I really love this smaller size. Obviously, there are times when I miss the freedom of the large 12x12 spreads, but I don't miss trying to keep things in a weekly format. This spread is from Friday and Saturday last weekend. Two days, one spread, I'm done and happy. I also really enjoy enlarged photos. It was a go-to technique that I did last year.
I used a LifeLovePaper card on the left hand side because I bought + loved my Studio Calico goodies. It really pains me to cut these beautiful cards up, but I'd rather cut it up and use it, than keep it hidden away in my hoard box. The gold flower vellum is by We R Memory Keepers, bought from Two Peas in a Bucket. So, so, so, so bummed I missed out on their amazing metallic vellum line. The "you mean the world to me" is a digital file from Studio Calico. I've been using a trial of Photoshop and I looooooooove it. I love being able to use digital files!! It's like a whole new world for me! Super exited. The left hand side page protector is by October Afternoon.
