Project Life: May Three

It's official. I love full 6x8 photos. Love love love them. I'm tempted to just have an album full of them. Granted, the 6x8 in this spread isn't an actual photo that I took. I cut down the cover of Entertainment Weekly, but I guess it sort of counts.

I read The Fault in our Stars and it captured my heart. Now every single time I watch the trailer I get super emotional and start crying about 60% of the time. Okay? Okay.

I also cut out that Starbucks Happy Hour ad from the same Entertainment Weekly issue. I guess this entire spread is one big cheat, but I'm cool with that. However, I did take that picture of Sophie laying in the sun. I used a Studio Calico digital brush to frame it. I loved the hearts on the polaroid frame. The camera card is from the Camelot Studio Calico Project Life kit.

Again, keeping everything simple.

  1. What a great idea with the EW! I loved the book too and can't wait to see the movie. I love your layouts.

  2. I like the way you cut the 'a thought' journaling card!

  3. I love the idea of adding the cover the magazine! I can't wait for that movie--I'm going to bring a giant box of tissues with me.
