Project Life: July Six

I love that I'm able to get back into working with Photoshop. And I'm loving that I can add text straight onto my images before I print them out. It keeps my pages nice and flat (I'm not a fan of bulky over-embellished pages, they're not my style) and still adds an extra touch to them.

The left side of the page is a hodge-podge of images over a couple days. I got even more crafty and made my own Instax art, I took an Instax picture of Sophie in her pool and I finally got a screen door for my patio door. That last thing I'm most excited about because I'd been trying for well over a month to get a screen in. I really should have gotten one sooner, but that's not scrappy related so I won't bore you with that story.

The right side is all from one night, family friends were having a 25th wedding anniversary party - it was a surprise and it was awesome - my mom and I went and I'm so happy I got a photo with her. I think the only reason why she agreed to it as because she had reached the bottom of her long island iced tea (love you, MB!). I also love the photo of the happy couple renewing their vows. The way he's looking at her makes my heart explode.

Supplies: bottom right corner, card from Studio Calico; Becky Higgins page protectors; gold paper clip; Photoshop
